Extremely disappointing experience with LRA Insurance. As an 80-year-old homeowner, I trusted them to place reliable homeowners coverage. Instead, they bound me with Edison Insurance, inaccurately listing my roof as replaced in 2019 (it’s the original 2012 metal roof, confirmed by the builder). Edison canceled the policy effective March 3, 2026, due to solar panel ineligibility tied to roof age—something any competent agent should have vetted against Edison’s clear guidelines before issuing. This was the second time in a row: the prior placement (Frontline) was also canceled due to an undisclosed inside inspection requirement. The result? I have been very satisfied with my insurance coverage for auto and home over the years through LRA. I am especially grateful for the excellent customer service from Jericha Becker. Although I've made a recent change due to personal reasons, they provided me with excellent service all the way through. I would recommend them to both friends and clients.

This company goes above and beyond to help you with your insurance needs. They are kind, responsive and extremely helpful. My new home was automatically enrolled with another insurance company and the customer service was awful, non responsive and they never informed me payment didn’t go through until the day the policy was already cancelled. I was never made aware or warned of this issue and it left me in a stressful situation on a Friday but Lynette and Jennifer from LRA saved the day! They quickly were able to solve the issue.
