Worst company to deal with when it comes to claims it’s taking them 1 month to work on my claim and pay me out after my car was consider a total loss. My adjuster WILLIAM ACEVEDO & his supervisor VERONICA TORRES you can never reach them even if you leave voicemails and call them multiple times and when they return your call their excuse is “ your claim is not the only claim we are working on “ . Like what 🤣 this company deserves a no star .!!!

This company is the worst company I had to deal with for a claim on my vehicle that their customer already claimed liability, they where giving me the run around, the adjusters never pick up there phone, answer their voicemails or their emails. Horrible Co. Not even worth a star.

PRISCILA HERNANDEZ (adjuster) worst assistance ever. She wasn’t able to explain me how the process works. Instead, she preferred to rise her voice on me and be rude. This is the worst customer services experiences ever have. One star because dont let me select none.

They take care of me and always test me 5 days in advance for my payment
