Loudoun Mutual Insurance Co

I received a notice of cancellation about a month before they are cancelling my policy. Between my parents and I, we've been insured by them for over 30 years. We had 4 claims in 4 years totalling $3800. That's about $950 a year. This is absolutely absurd. I thought this is what insurance was for (most damage was done by the storms we've had). These were very minor claims. Our house is not in dire repair, just minor wear and tear, plus we are rebuilding the house next year. Insurance companies love to take your payments every month for decades, but when you finally need them, they ditch you. Insurance is such a scam.

I have been extremely pleased with the assistance I have received from Dana Danner at Loudoun Mutual. Having never submitted a homeowners claim in over 20 years of being a Loudoun Mutual customer; after receiving hail damage on my house, the process to report and then repair the damage was made very simple by Dana. Working with Dana was like dealing with a friend. I have found all of the folks at Loudoun Mutual to be consistently friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great company to work with.

Ive Loudoun insurance for about 3 years. Just because I called to ask a question they canceled my policy. They said I made a claim and I did not. They sent me out a notice that the policy would be canceled in 2 days. Loudoun is the worst company i ever had. I do not recommend this company not ever.

I had insurance through Loudon Mutual for almost 10 year with 2 different homes. When a tree fell on my town home I was treated so poorly and disrespectfully. The adjuster basically did everything to make sure that major damage (the deck) were not paid for. I had to hire my own adjuster to advocate on my behalf. They would not accept the claim my adjuster made, and brought in a 3rd party arbitrator (who obviously is not a 3rd party he works with them) he would not accept my claim and so they said the next step was to go to court. At this point I was in a situation where I was risking paying several hundred USD for a lawyer and not getting anything out of it. This is obviously the condensed version but it was a long process that took over a year and I never was able to get my deck rep

I have had the pleasure of having Loudoun Mutual Insurance Company for a number of years. I must say they have employed some of the nicest people, especially Catherine a claims examiner she has been so helpful taking care of my claim. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Always responded to my emails and took my phone calls I truly appreciated her. This is a great company to have for all of your insurance needs.
