I had a mix up on a refund and Heather, from Lori Daniels office managed to finally unravel. I made several calls, and each time she was understanding and helpful. Considering other factors- I think she went out of her way to help me. Thanks Heather!

I have literally never had an issue here that they did not correct or completely explain to me. I haven't had any fees, and they have also removed certain fees courtesy of their location. They have treated my husband and I very well here, and my mother in law has done business with them for almost 15 years. I've had a few other insurances, but quality, customer service, and good prices can all be found here.

Lori and her team are the best insurance we have had. They keep our policies in order when we change our vehicles around. Never had a problem with them. When we call with a question or a change they take care of it.

After 33 years as a customer State Farm is dropping me due to my teenage son getting into an accident. Loyalty does not exist with State Farm. Pay your premiums and don't have a claim and all is good.
