Stay away from aarp Hartford insurance for auto. Had a minor accident hit an run put a dent in my truck bed Hartford wanted to total my truck.3400 dollar dent from they're body shop.150.00 truck bed from pick and pull and had it painted truck looks good as new. Loomis got me better insurance at a third what Hartford charged with road side assistance and 2 steps up from what the state requires. Give them a call they are super nice professional people ask for Jennifer she got me all fixed up. Thank You Jennifer

I don't care for this company my husband pays 140$ a wk and we cant get what we need to have done without traveling great distance since he is an over the road driver I have to drive my back went out it is fractured and sliped forward so everything hurts it took a month to find a surgeon and a hospital in the same town. It's even an hour and half to that surgeon and I have to drive 2hrs just to see my primary care provider oh and it's me days to recover from either on

Worst insurance plan I’ve ever invested in. If I could give it zero stars or negative stars, I would. They scam you into investing in your short term health insurance and then disappear into a black hole, do not pay your “2 co-pays” per 6 months! (All else goes to your outrageous deductible). They claim their processing department is “overwhelmed and backed up”, humiliate you with countless “we need further information” to your medical providers. My dr.s office has said, the few patients they’ve had to deal with that have LOOMIS has been a worthless and painful road to get them to respond, much less do their part as an insurance company, “we’ve had a lot of Problems” - so, not just ME. Leadership does not help after saying “taking care of, we promise!”. Continue to discount any claims or c
