Lonestar Auto Insurance

Called Lonestar to try and cancel my dad's policy since he died June 19 of this year. Long story short, very unprofessional and no help at all. Even when I have video proof to back up my information. I recommend everyone to stay away from this insurance company. People need to understand that you get what you pay for and honestly no small amount of money is worth the hassle that this unprofessional company puts everyone through!

Very unprofessional,charged me a $460 for down payment and made believed that it was a full coverage ,when she only put my vehicle on liability…. And she raised my tariffs then next month when she knew the whole time there was a lean whole so annoyed..

This company deserves a zero rating , rude and doesn't answer there calls or messages . Their client hit me and has not returned any of my calls and now I'm reaching out to legal representation because of their irresponsibility, doesn't want to give me a rental car and after 2 months finally called me back amd said since I went through my insurance that he couldn't help me ( it's been over 2 months) and you just called me! I left messages for him ( claims adjuster ) and his boss! Took screen shots where I was left several times on hold for over hours each time.

Filed a claim against them and it’s been a few months now. Haven’t heard anything. You constantly got to call them, even though they’re at fault. Wait times take too long and when they say they’ll get back to you, they don’t. Highly don’t recommend

Cannot get a person for almost a year. Is this a scam? My daughter was hit by someone with this insurance and I have heard nothing! Absolutely gross company.
