Lone Star Auto Insurance

Terrible company. They never answer the phone. My son had an accident a month ago and they haven't even reached out to him. He's been calling them every day and no answer. His truck is still at the towing company and no answer of anything . They are scammers!!! Do not do buisness with them. Cause when you repot a claim they won't resolve it. They just keep ignoring the calls and put you on hold indefinitely!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE COVERAGE FROM LONE STAR INSURANCE COMOANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, UNETHICAL AND UNRELIABLE. THEY DEBOTED MY ACCOUNT IMMEDUATELY BUT AFTER CANCELATION AND BEING NOTIFIED OF SUCH CANCELATION, JUST REFUSED TO REFUND MY FEES UNTIL 2 OR 3 WEEKS AFTER CANCELATION. THEY WERE QUICK TO DEBIT THIER FEES BUT SLIW IN RETURNING OR CREDITING BACK ACCORDINGLY. THEY AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, A-MAX ARE AN UNRELIABLE INSIRANCE SERVICE COMPANIES. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. AND I'LL CHALLEGE THEIR LEHALDEBT FOR THEFT OF SERVICES...ANYTIME.

Great deal on discounts I normally would have had to pay in triple digits but paid less than 100 with these guys
