Let's start positive- When you call in their associates are really nice and helpful. Ive never had a bad interaction. Now then.. They take forever to pay. They often make mistakes processing claims. Their EOBs are a nightmare to read and their website looks as modern as ebay in 2002. Combined with Blue Cross they have created plans that are unnecessarily complex and they seemingly do not have the coding needed to implement the complexities. Its 2026, you do not have a choice. Your employer will select your carries and plans. Just be prepared for frustrations if you bave to deal with London Health

My husband and I have London Health and before becoming part of Flores & Associates, they were wonderful. Now they do not want to pay for anything although it's part of the plan. Employers stay away!

They hang up on you they lie To you they’re awful they don’t give you your money

Terrible to work with. I got Charged a $2000 and change medical bill and they did an audit on my account which the audit reported my HSA deductible paid the bill. Questioned where is the money and they couldn't give me a response only a reply of not their fault nor Blue Cross the bill wasn't paid. The bill is now in collections. Currently seeking an outside investigation into this. Beware of this company!!!!! I'm not the only one who I work with who are having similar situations like mine. They shouldn't even get a one star.

Their website is easy to navigate and I love that! When I first became a member of the plan, I had to call because I had questions. What a pleasant experience and great result. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and understood my needs and helped me out in easy to understand instructions. I'm very happy with their service.
