When we started a small business I had no idea how many insurance needs we would have. Kelly has been a wealth of knowledge and is extremely fast and responsive. I could never have imagined how much we would need to rely on her, from real-time quotes and coverage when purchasing a fleet vehicle to resolving issues with equipment coverage to all the "usual" insurance things she takes care of. I truly cannot imagine how we would have stayed in business without her!

I’ve been dealing with this company for over a year, and unfortunately the experience has been very frustrating. They rarely reply to inquiries, and when they do, the information provided is often incorrect. I’ve worked with Kelly during this time, but she has not been able to provide the support I needed. The lack of responsiveness and accuracy has wasted a lot of my time and left issues unresolved. At this point, I cannot recommend this company unless they make significant improvements in customer service and communication.
