This place is absolutely worth it. Don't just get an electronic quote, call them up and talk to them about your insurance needs. I'd be shocked if you could find cheaper, better insurance. I was able to save roughly $400 a year on bundled auto and renters insurance vs. Geico. I was skeptical that it would be that dramatic, but I'm glad I did give them a call back. I just moved to the area, so that extra money is going to be so helpful for buying some furniture.

I would leave all fives but I have not had to file any claims so I would like to give an honest review. They saved me almost $1400 a year on my car insurance. The customer service people are wonderful, and my agent is very very good at explaining things to those of us that insurance language is a foreign language. Nice work. All around good team work. My family has been with Erie Insurance since 1982. Today, Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, my daughter needed car insurance. Karen and Nicole at Erie Logan Branch in Bellefonte PA went over and above to help me add her to my policy. The concern and knowledge Nicole shared with me help calm me and feel confident in my choice for coverage. Karen gave great customer service, so friendly when answering the phone!!! Everyone at Logan Branch couldn't be nicer and more helpful throughout my entire experience with them. I was in a bit of a pinch and needed to change insurance carriers quickly, and I was able to come in and get insurance on the spot. They were flexible with their time and very accommodating!

Have had Erie Insurance for over 20 years. My father literally used to own this agency (Logan Branch). Now, customer service is essentially non-existent and the rates are ridiculous. Not impressed, and for the first time in my life, will not have Erie Insurance for anything. Best wishes.
