From a new customer. A friend suggested I check with Lock when shopping for home owners insurance. I was satisfied with the service and the quote. Friendly, helpful, professional. The only minor irritation was the difficulty in reaching a person when you called. Seemed to take a while for a response after leaving a message. And when I got through it was to an assistant and I had to explain who I was and why I wanted that agent. Perhaps that's the sign of a busy agency. I would recommend them when shopping for insurance.
