I have been trying to Cancel my Renters Insurance Since October 2022 and been leaving multiple messages and Emails and never get a call back or response from Anyone. I Don't even live in California anymore this is getting quite frustrating that I can't even get a Call Back. Someone needs to Respond ASAP. I have been patient enough but we are going on 3 Months here with No resolution or Response to Cancel my Policy for a Home I dont even live in anymore and I'm still being billed here.
We have been with Lloyd Bailey's office for 26 years .....Best service EVER!
