Excellent company. My agent searched high and low for the very best fit for me and did an excellent job securing the highest quality insurance while saving me thousands. He was extremely proactive and helped me the through a crucial point with warmth and care and the upmost attention to my best interests. Thank you Dan and company!

I sent Frank a trucks to add to my policy via Email, he never did! He just charged me and the trucks was not added to my policy! On the top of that he told me there are $5000 I have to pay for Prime claims security deposit! They canceled my policy because of him and they said I should receive my security deposit in 60 days. Prime insurance company told they will never send it to me because of the trucks was not add to my policy! That means I lost them because of frank. He is laying! He is a big layer crook! Please stay away from this layer.

Our company were insured with LLC Insurance during 2017-2020 and it was an absolutely abysmal experience. Calls were never answered, updates were continually delayed with no explanation, COI were slow to arrive, if at all. On top of that, our company was subjected to hefty fines from the Illinois Commerce Commission due to its failure to update the company's filing. We had numerous other smaller issues that made working with this agency a nightmare. If you value your time, energy, and peace of mind, steer clear of this agency and look elsewhere for truck insurance coverage.

I was involved in an accident with a truck insured through LLC Insurance. Frank refused to submit claim to insurance company of truck who hit me or provide me with name of insurance to pursue on my own. They refused all inquires by my insurance company. Said he/they wanted to settle outside insurance and strung me along for three months now. I have still not been reimbursed for my totaled vehicle despite providing all required information. Frank did not call me once, despite the fact I called over 50 times. Lied to repeatedly. Totally unprofessional and a liar.

This is the absolute worst insurance company in the history of insurance companies, SDM Transport totaled a brand new vehicle as the driver admitted to hitting a bridge BACK IN OCTOBER it is now December and nothing has been done. Frank is the worst human being living on this planet right now. based on their recent history I don't know why anyone would hire this company
