very disappointing experience with this insurance agency. We completed a fully custom order for them, exactly as requested, and notified them that everything was ready for pickup on the agreed date. They confirmed they would come in, but never showed up. After the work was completed, they filed a dispute with their bank claiming they did not receive the product — even though the items were finished and available for pickup. Because it was custom work, we invested time, materials, and labor, and now we are left with unpaid products made specifically for them. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. Communication was not honest, commitment was not honored, and payment was reversed after the work was done.
