Liz Drennan: Allstate Insurance

I never write Google reviews but my experience was irritating enough to write here. As a new CA resident, I tried to work with Yulonda Evans from this office for the last 4 weeks trying to convert my MA Allstate policy to CA. Today I called AAA and got a new auto policy up and running within 2 hours. Not saying Allstate is bad as I've had a good experience when I was previously a MA resident for the past 7 years. The takeaway is don't use this Allstate office to get your auto insurance, it's a complete waste of your time for something that should be easy to implement.

I found Liz through family and she has honestly been super helpful. This was my first time getting auto insurance on my own and she’s been very quick and helpful to answer any questions I have had!

She is the worst agent to work with. You call her and she never has time for you. You leave her a message and if you don’t leave a good review of her she dismisses you like child and responds a week later. Her language and customer service skills lacks empathy. She forgot how long you have serviced with Allstate. If you have concerns just call customer service. You are just a name and $$ to her. Her assistant Yolanda should be the agent in her place. I will definitely let my family know to find a better insurance than Allstate.

This office has gone downhill. I used them for over 15 years but don’t get calls back and AllState’s corporate headquarters are even worse. Last year the DMV suspended my registration because this office didn’t send the DMV my insurance paperwork which I had paid on time. I opened an investigation through their corporate line and have yet to hear anything. A total headache.

Yolanda was AMAZING she helped me smoothly transfer my auto policy from Oregon to California in no time. Thanks for making the process smooth and efficient.
