The customer support from this organization has steadily gone down. I HIGHLY recommend using another broker. After 20 year of coverage, my insurance coverage was dropped due to a none response to an email confirming that my vehicles and drivers have not changed. Completely ridicules!!! No warning, not call, just dropped two month before my policy even expired. No points on our records, no tickets, not accidents. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWARE
