I spoke to some guy on the phone yesterday. He was completely useless. I guess his boorish behavior was due to the fact that I was cancelling my policy, and not purchasing one. He gave me terrible information, just stop paying and my policy would not renew. He told me to email him and he’d cancel it for me. Well I didn’t like who I spoke to, so I called progressive. Come to find out, the lady would cancel my policy and get me a 150 refund. Thanks guys. You were so helpful. I hope this review helps

I was recently referred to this agency by a friend for auto insurance. I’m a single parent on a tight budget. Bo signed me with an affordable company. It was a simple process. The company made an error on my payment. They compensated me with $100 check for any inconvenience on my part. I’m so pleased that Bo place me with a quality insurance provider even on a budget. I would recommend him for all your insurance needs.

Bo is literally a life saver! I have had some pretty terrible luck with State Farm insurance and was able to switch policies with a better rate all while on my lunch break! He even provided me with his personal number to ensure I could be taken care of after his office closed early on a Friday. I had emails with my information immediately! I had been with State Farm since 2014 and never received half of the amount of kindness or professionalism. My entire family will soon be using Jeff and Bo!!

I've never made a visit to this bussiness establishment. I did however, call an agent so I could arrange an appointment to explore the various life insurance policy options. No one answered, so I left a voicemail.This was a week ago ( Thursday 02/04/2021) and no one has returned my call.
