I’ve been with Lisa Keith’s State Farm agency for a couple of years now and have had such a stress free experience. Her team member Ryse is the absolute best! She has been super friendly, detail oriented, patient, and quick to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. Whether it was getting a new policy or asking random questions about coverage, she knows her stuff! What I appreciate most is that they don’t try to oversell — they just listen to what you need and help you find the best fit. Highly recommend Lisa, Ryse and the entire team!

When I signed up I submitted paperwork and after a few months my rate went up. I called to find out why and the uninsured motorist form didn’t go through and they weren’t bothered to notify me about it so instead of removing the charge for the time I had it without knowing I have to pay it. I feel cheated, I don’t trust them anymore and as soon as my contract is up I will go somewhere else. I have told my family and friends and now I want others to know as well State Farm should NOT BE TRUSTED. PS. I did NOT refuse to sign the document, I have proof I signed it 3/31/25. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. IT WAS YOURS.
