I just switched to State Farm through this office and the whole experience was great! Anndee was super kind, helpful and made everything easy to understand. Really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude! I highly recommend them!

Just wanted to say Thank You to all the staff there with Linda Tuck. They all do go above and beyond the call. I can always count on them to give me a Hassle free quote on future vehicles I may be thinking of buying. On one occasion I called one minute before they were about to close not noticing what time it was before I called. I could not get through to them on the phone not realizing it was right around closing time. I was fine with just calling them the next day but then I got a call back from them after they had already closed and, Mrs. Katy, stayed on the phone with me and gave me the Quote despite it was after their closing time. A great office. Complimentary notary services. Always ready to help when I'm buying or selling a house or condominium or car. I had State Farm for 30 years before I switched because of price. This office still handles my flood. Importantly I had a few claims over that time including a subrogation where I didn't file a claim with State Farm, but their lawyers represented me with the other insurance company-- I paid to have my car fixed, and was reimbursed in full several months later by a weasel agent I would otherwise have needed to sue. The claims I had were always handled expertly, fairly, and usually quickly, and this office was great about staying on top of the process and letting me know what was going on.

Linda Tuck State Farm in Clearlake, Tx is the best agency around! With all of the knowledge the staff has I feel comfortable my insurance needs are taken care of!!! I will always call upon Linda and her staff for my auto, home and Life needs!!!

I have known Linda and her staff 4 almost thirty years and even when I moved away still kept in touch because of the kind of people they are. Really glad to be back and be able to work insurance with them as I truly feel they are there to help me.
