This is the worst company ever for Life Insurance. If you have a loved one who uses this company for life insurance PLEASE change it. My loved one passed 10 days ago! they don’t return calls, voicemails, claims are a joke to them because we have had 3 claims submitted in these 10 days to receive a simple letter of benefits to give to the funeral home for a proper burial. They refuse to return our calls which is causing us to pay out of pocket or push the funeral back! when our loved one has life insurance through them and should be covered! They are making our grievance worse! Please don’t go through them, we have to deal with our loved one passing and NOW this lack of empathy, service and duties. they don’t care and they are reading off a script!!!

Horrible to work with. Used them for dental coverage and I’m having to jump through hoops to get a simple dental cleaning covered. It’s been almost a year of trying to submit a claim…

Incompetent. If you are attempting to open an IRA account, be prepared to wait for many weeks for them to handle things on their end. I called each week to inquire about the reasoning, I got no answers. I finally gave up and decided to go somewhere else.

They are in charge of managing pension from previous employer. It has been next to impossible to get benefit started. Sent info in 3 times. Been going on for months. It is almost like their goal is not to pay it. Stay away from their pension department

Take to long to pay out do not recommend at all was told different stuff about my benefits it’s going on a month no benefits. Do not get benefits through this company.
