Lincoln Benefit Life

Absolutely, the worst insurance company. We purchased a term life insurance policy Lincoln that aged out at 12 years in December, 2025. Lincoln Benefit Life contacted us with bills for the renewal of said policy. We filled out surrender documents four times and each time the form was kicked back to us. Terrible customer service.

Called last week about my life insurance policy and asked if the policy will pay out if I chose assisted suicide in a country that allowed it. The female staff laughed while giving me the details specific to my policy. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs. Definitely don't recommend this company. Luckily I'm genX and a vet and am used to dealing with uncaring fake professionals.

We have maintained a policy with them for 20 years, I am the insured listed on the policy, 2 years ago the policy owner passed away, we contacted the company about transferring ownership to the person insured. We sent off the required documents, along with death certificate, and assumed everything was finalized. A year and a half later, I find out ownership was not changed, only because I decided to check the policy, the company never even reviewed the documents I faxed to them, nor tried to contact me. Every time I call and talk to a representative, I get different information on resubmitting the documents, I've talked to 3 different people, and each gives me different information on resubmit the forms. If I ever actually change ownership to me I've decided to just cancel the

Scam. Left a 99yr old without cafe for going on 8month. Corp firewall after corp firewall to circumvent care. Run, and run fast from this disgraceful company!

No longer accepting new business. Obligated to existing policies. Sold twice in last few years. Scary.
