Don't let these comments on parking affect the rating for this insurance company. They provide plenty of customer parking in their own parking lot next to their building which includes a handicap spot, and the two spaces in front of their building are street parking that has nothing to do with them! This group is very professional and very customer service oriented. We're glad they chose downtown to relocate to and they are a great group of people!
