It took years to find out any answers about my policy and only because I contacted new york state insurance office.
Extremely long hold time no matter what time you call with no options to select what you're inquiring about. 3rd week of calling 3 times a day and being placed on hold for over 30 minutes. Still haven't spoken to anyone
Wasn't as helpful as expected especially when looking to get additional coverage.
