We have been paying premiums on a policy 23 years. I had a question & the agent was rude & condescending. I never just sit down to read my policy for fun. Just because we don’t understand the all of the terminology of a legal document doesn’t mean we’re stupid. It was like how dare you even think or ask for information on your policy.
