I am a claimant who is owed $9,000 (per a claim offer sent by Liberty Mutual in Jacksonville - claims agent Haley Heishman). The only thing left to do is complete the paperwork. To complete this, I need to speak with the claims adjuster. Over the past two weeks, I've left 4 voice messages and sent 3 emails with absolutely no response. This has been a terrible experience.
Use any other car insurance company...
The most annoying commercials, and I’m absolutely tired of seeing them. Also, I never read anything good about this insurance company.
