She was able to get me a great deal on home and auto insurance. I was impressed with how helpful she was. I had an issue with my mortgage company during a refinance. Their employee requested homeowners insurance documentation and etc.. also they were failing to communicate properly. I asked Leslie for assistance and she took care of the email correspondence and faxed the proper paperwork for me. She didnt have to do that but when she saw the unprofessionalism from my mortgage company, she went out of her way to help me. She really knows her stuff. I have been with American Family Insurance for many, many years! They have been wonderful in meeting all my needs for insurance. Leslie was instrumental in helping me get the best rates possible for my home and vehicle insurance needs. I shop around every year and for a few years, she was unable to beat my premiums on my vehicles that I had with another insurance company, but they ALWAYS had the lowest rates for homeowners insurance. This year was the year that their auto insurance rates were finally lower for my vehicles than my prior insurance company. I used to have American Family insurance when I lived in Wisconsin years ago. I was bummed because I had to cancel our policy with them when we moved to Las Vegas. I heard that they were out here in NV I was ecstatic about it. I changed our old insurance company back to American Family. Leslie is a great agent. She has always been available to reach when I would have any questions regarding our new policy.

From the moment I spoke to Leslie she was very pleasant and nice she made sure I was happy and she did whatever she can do to help with the cost of my insurance with me having a teenage daughter.
