They, Ryan, has been very helpful with us concerning a claim for repairs on our vehicle. Always takes the time to listen, or call back very promptly. I just love dealing with hometown business, small community with caring people. We have been with Leonard's Insurance many years and this is the first time we needed to file a claim, very easily done thanks to Ryan. It is such a great feeling knowing if we ever need to file a claim again, I hope not, it was so very easy. We have our home owners insurance with Ryan also. I would recommend this agent is very nice, and the quote is nice compared to another local company that did a complete credit history and additional background check, which is not needed by PA Insurance Law. So, go with a more trustworthy agency like this company.

Ryan seems to care about local customers and gets things done effectively. Bonus, if you look around, there are boxes full of pens. I'm never paying for a pen again.
