They were very theral in explaining the program. Answered all of the questions that we had for them. It was actually a pleasant and fun process.

The online meeting went perfect very very informative straightforward and we also had quite a few side conversations that were insightful and a few that were extremely hilarious thank you Donald and Charlie again for setting me up with everything that I need!!!

I have had AIL for years now, and this year's annual policy review with Crystal and Lisa was great. Crystal was amazing at making it feel casual while still covering all the important information. Lisa did a great job redirecting Crystal and me when we got off topic telling life stories and joking around. The reason I stay with AIL is the human connection. They provide a service that many companies offer, but people like Crystal make it relatable. 10/10, would recommend!

If you want great explanation, full details, and easy-going down to earth people then Kendal and Donald are the ones to go to. We had a great meeting and it didn’t last 4+ hours like our last experience. Thank you both for all you do!! Greatly appreciated!
