Lee Gamble: Allstate Insurance

Very friendly service, and very helpful with insurance claims. My agent set up several appointments for me and was very informative thought out the process. There have been a few times I've needed my policy numbers and my agent has very quickly responded to my text messages with them. Although that seems like a small detail, I think it's very good customer service and I am highly satisfied.

I have been with quite a long time. They are very friendly, knowledge, and willing to help when you need them. I am 82 years old and this is the best agency i have ever had!! The Gamble Agency!

I love every employee at my Allstate Co. I'm so happy l got lost finding my Allstate closest to my residence and found them instead a decade ago after relocating here. I could not have picked a more dedicated staff helping me with online issues and fixing it on their end. Always pleasant and they all have helped me address sonething through the years...no matter how difficult or annoying tge problem may be. Anyone there will help, adjust, fix, notify....or anything you need and ask of them for some help. If they can't do it they surely will discover how to. I love 'em all!!

Aaron stone was the only good agent here. Gary blamed me for my insurance raising to 700 dollars my insurance started at 365 for two cars then went to 700 dollars do not choose allstate as they're thieves and try and make it seem like it's your fault og why the premium raised to 700 but get this in August it was gonna go down only 100 now I'm with progressive with the same coverages and am paying 305 each month for the same coverages

Very bad. I thought depend on my less mileage, I ll.get less bill..but it is not. Then for good driving told will get rewards but retired that feature even without returning those earned points interms of cash to statements where all of the companies will do even if they retire anything they give back customers earned points in terms of cash. Very bad and worst experience from all allstate support team and no one responded properly. Hence cancelled the insurance.
