We have been with Lee Ann's office for over 20 years and have always received great customer service, competitive rates and suggestions for savings. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When we call, we are usually able to talk to someone. If we have to leave a message or we send an e-mail, we receive a response in a very timely manner. For example: This morning I left a voicemail regarding a document I needed. I received a call back within 5 minutes. The document was in my e-mail less than 5 minutes after that. That is the customer service we get. We are very happy with Lee Ann and her staff.
