I have been with Ledoux insurance agency for 13 years and up until now I've had a good reliable experience. But recently the customer service has become terrible, one employee can't even speak proper English, so I have to ask for another employee to speak to, and this employee also has no clue what she's doing, I will do her a favor and not mention her name. For whatever reason the service has become incompetent and late in response time. I'm not blaming anyone person, but the owner of this agency should be responsible for the conduct of the employees. I spent six hours on one day alone, trying to straighten out a problem where I was told by Le Doux insurance agency that it was a misunderstanding instead of a mistake. BS, I don't accept that so I have filed a complaint with the department
