Hey everyone who might read this, just want to give you a heads up on these people. They want one thing from you and only this one thing: money. I was 3 days late from the 1st of the month, to pay my bill because I was out of town working and was not able to access internet to pay online. So only 3 days late right? I go in there, tell the receptionist the reason I was unable to pay and the only thing she can tell me is, "Welcome to the real world buddy." Those who have gone in there probably know who I am talking about. There is a nice one and then the witch. But anyway, that happened on 2 separate occasions and she did not have a problem with tacking on another $35 each time.
