LCTA Workers Compensation

If I could give Negative 5 stars I would. I called this company to ask them how to calculate overtime, and if there are adjustments for taxes paid by employer. They gave me a formula, we wrote said formula down, we followed it religiously when doing our monthly reports. They audited us and said we owed almost 4,000 extra because the formula THEY gave me was incorrect. When I called and spoke with management they had a screw off mentality and did not care, instead they got defensive and said they have never had that issue before and that the associate that gave me this formula was no longer with them. They did nothing to help or fix it. This company is terrible and they do not own up to their blunders, if they were this bad about an audit I would hate so see how bad they are if a claim wer
