Layr

I started with Layr years ago, when they were new. The service was great. The past few years, virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone, no call backs..have to call a dozen times. They do love email though. When I deal with Matt, he's been great! Looks like they have a high turnover rate, with a one star rating for workin there. I will be exploring other options when our insurance is up. You have to be able to call, and someone pickup. Prob understaffed. Super, super annoying!!! The owner seems to have checked out

This review should be below a 1 star! Apparently this company was hired to take over small accounts for the broker I have been with here in Colorado (CRS Insurance) for over 10 years. First off our broker did not notify us of this change. We found out only after trying to renew our policies several weeks ago. So now we apparently have a Business Select group. Well this has turned out to be a joke. We have requested COI's and what was suppose to be a 24hr turn around has been 5-8 working days. Our renewal has been an absolute nightmare. We have gone 7 days now with no word that the insurance has been bound. The apparent local number goes to a call center on the east coast. Which does not work very well for our working hours. Unreal! My experience with Layr has been amazing so far. Unique team with diverse culture and employees! Feeling skeptical as commercial insurance can be complex. Happy and proud of the team so far. :]

Great experience! I was able to obtain coverage in just a couple of days and the process was very easy. I got better coverage at a significant saving compared to my previous policy. Highly recommend Phillip and the rest of Unbrokerage!

Phillip made the experience of securing insurance for a new business seemless and smooth.  Incredibly responsive to any questions that I had, and the rates are extremely competitive.  Great overall experience and would not hesitate to go to them for future insurance needs.
