Bob was a big help with getting the money we needed to repair our house. Our basement flooded in the beginning of 2024 and Bob came immediately to make sure the damages were recorded and the proper clean up crew was utilized to get the wet material out of our basement. I’d prefer to provide 0 stars. When Mr Layden came to my house initially, he seemed knowledgeable and helpful in his field, said he would followup with me in a week. 2 weeks came & gone with no contact from him - me and my husband attempted contact with him multiple times over the course of a month with no call backs! Do not waste your time.
