Lawrence Neal - State Farm Insurance Agent

I personally had insurance with this branch. First auto insurance then home insurance. I never had payment issues and from 2019-2023 i didn't even have any claims. Then through no fault of my own i needed insurance to cover incidents inside and outside my home. Throughout my time with this company communication was never the best. Emails either were never responded to or took a long time for a reply, but phone calls were better when you could catch them. Not all people who answer the phone have professional decorum. 2024-2025 was a headache at all levels getting my claims done. Be weary of their certified list of trusted contractors the one chosen for my interior work was horrible to deal with and unprofessional, which lead to a redo of flooring in my home after he got an attitude with

I only gave 1 star because Google won’t allow to post without a star, but deserves 0, and I have my reasons below. I strongly advise against working with this agent. They are extremely unprofessional, do not answer phone calls, and fail to respond to emails. For three months, I’ve been trying to cancel my policy, yet I continue to be charged because I cannot get a response. I had to contact State Farm’s main office to resolve my issues because this branch was completely unresponsive. It’s incredibly difficult to make changes, cancel policies, or get any assistance. Once you sign up, it feels like they disappear, only collecting payments without offering any support. Save yourself the hassle and avoid working with this agent.

Lawrence Neal has been my agent for 20 years. His personal service has always been beyond my expectations. He has always understood my family's needs (and cared about them too) as they have changed over the years . He is sincerely interested in our well-being through his deep knowledge and recommendations of State Farm's Insurance products. His assistant, Noemy, has also always provided me with personal same-day service as well. She's the best! I cannot recommend this team enough. You will no be disappointed if you choose to go with them. Their customer service is impeccable and they take the time to get to know you as a person. It's more then just business for them.
