Extremely rude and unprofessional when you walk in the door. Not one person even spoke to see what I needed. Would not recommend at all cost.

These folks are great. They will take time to answer your questions and help anyway they can. It is great to deal with local people.

My mom had insurance with them for years until she passed away. I have had it with them for many years now.I wouldn't go anywhere else. Rhonda and Sarah are just the most wonderful two women. They treat you like family. Everyone should go to lawhorn.

These people wrote a policy without my authorization. And did not notify me that they charged my credit card for this. When I did not pay this policy that I was unaware I even had... the SR22 cancelation was sent to the state and my license was revoked due to this. I had to pay $115 reinstatement fee to the state bc of this AND almost went to jail for driving on revoked. Luckily I had active insurance thru a different company and the officer was nice enough to let me get this straightened out. I was with lawhorn for 20 YEARS...and they acted like they didn't know what was going on. DO NOT TRUST YOUR LICENSE STATUSWITH THESE PEOPLE.

Great place...I knew charllete ...she was a wonderful lady..she use to come into the art gallery smiling...a soft spoken kind woman...the company has treated me well and is always helpful......I'm alberto,it's been a good experience been a part of Lawhorn & Associates....
