We were wanting to update our auto insurance so googled "Best auto insurance companies in Texas". We found State Farm listed as one of the best so contacted the Lauren Smith Agency. Agent Sidney Olivas helped us update our auto and home insurance with great coverage and a very reasonable rate. We really appreciated her friendliness and her work to meet our needs. Today I received a quote for new car insurance from Mackenzie Parker. She was great & handled herself very professionally throughout the entire call. Not only was I able to switch my policy from GEICO to State Farm, saving money monthly with a lower deductible & better coverage but I also now have a second policy for my life insurance and I am still paying less than my original car insurance policy w/Geico. I love a great deal! Good job Ms. Parker.
