Pleasant people but they often don't answer the phone and often don't return messages quickly. I have waited 2-4 days for a return call which forced me to call Allstate directly for an answer. Considered changing agents twice in the past.

It's been very messy getting my two accidents taken care of. Claims department and the Agent do not work together. Unresponsive and stressful at a worrisome time. I brought it up numerous times and not one has addressed the issue. They don't care and I keep saying I will switch soon. When I close out both claims then I'm gone to a company with at least some customer service.

Laura is awesome! Her staff is incredible. I am so blessed to leave Geico and get a real Agent.

Great customer service! The team works really hard to give you the best options. Definitely recommend! They really care about their clients.
