This insurance place is a scam .. keep going up on the price of the insurance then blame it on the secondary insurance place they do business with called Chicago insurance. My policy supposed to had started out 130 then if I do auto pay it would change to 124 all of a sudden it went from 124 to 135 to 154 to 165 these people always give some kind of redicukous excuse to why the insurance never stayed the same from the beginning then out of nowhere changed the payment date then charged me for a whole month and I was only given two weeks of insurance coverage with an excuse to why my insurance policy has ended but charged me for a whole entire month but only a two week coverage. Scammers !! Not ever going to them again they find ways to scam you out of your money.

Review of Laughlin Insurance Agency Inc. I recently visited Laughlin Insurance Agency for the first time because it was the closest option to my friend's house. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, I encountered a staff member who was awkward and seemed to lack the knowledge necessary to assist me. Despite this, I decided to proceed with my request for a title and tag transfer. The staff member asked for various documents, including the car's mileage, my ID (which he made a copy of), and the insurance details. I also requested a gifting affidavit, which both the previous owner and my daughter, the new owner, had already signed. After gathering the necessary documents, the staff member quoted me a fee $289 of $175 for same services at a different autotag

I pay my insurance every month I've never had a problem at Laughin Inc. The girl that works there all the time she fast and very nice and I must say all of them are.very nice
