We recently moved from VA and was having some issues with our policy’s moving over, as our VA agent was also licensed in NC. Elizabeth was so helpful in the process and explained everything. She stayed in touch and communicated. I didn’t have to keep asking for updates. I’m so glad I had her during this process. Everyone in this office is so polite and helpful.
Mr. Spivey and his staff are excellent in their business. No matter which staff member, Larry, Sue or Elizabeth I have always gotten answers and quick service on all my calls.
