Numerous rate increases within a year even though I had no claims or changes in my policy. The only explanation given to me is that the Company's cost increased overall so everyone's cost or rate increased. (4times in 6mos.)😡
I have been a customer with them for almost 10 years. Their prices keep going up and sometimes it requires 2-3 calls to get something figured out
