I recently contacted this company after my father passed away and needed information regarding his account. Unfortunately, communication has been extremely difficult. I called multiple times and left messages, but did not receive a call back. I had been working with Kristen, but received no follow-up. During a confusing and stressful time, I expected some basic responsiveness. No one ever answers the phone, and I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer seeking clarity. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I went in very disappointed to see my insurance rate from a corporate company was almost $3,100 annual. After meeting with Mike, he not only lowered it, but cut it over 50%! It was fast and easy would recommend to anyone trying to save a little to a lot.

I saved about 50% with near identical coverage from my previous insurance. Very happy. Actually, I got more coverage and greater value for a lot less money. I highly recommend.

A Family Insurance company who takes the time to connect with their customers. Car, Comp & Personal Liability. Fair rates. I would recommend them for sure. I Carry all of my policies with them.
