Sebastian Smith, is useless. I have been trying to get my insurance upgraded, and he hasn't responded to my emails, doesn't return my call. Im not sure what is going on, but it's horrible. I just want my insurance upgraded and I keep getting the run around from Sebastian.

Very difficult company to work with. They seem to have no knowledge of how to secure healthcare, everything is always done wrong and takes weeks to correct. He is a very poor communicator and has been caught just making up answers multiple times. Also in 15 months, they have incorrectly billed us 6 times...always more than it should be. Mike is a nice guy but is clearly in over his head, he is probably an much better employee than a business owner. We are still waiting on a refund

Buyer beware Ethics are a problem for this Broker
