Tammy was excellent with helping me get switched back over to statefarm insurance. Quick but very thorough with all the different add ons and options. She was very clear on the price and very patient. If you need insurance go to Lank. It was the reason I switched from Erie because my agent got bought out for a bigger agency and was lacking that small business feel. Again ask for Tammy! She’s the best

Wonderful personal touch, good price. I don't often leave reviews online -- if something is ok, I just figure it's business as usual. But I had an exceptional experience with a quote from James Turpin, an insurance agent with the Lank Johnson State Farm agency. James was very professional--my situation is a little unusual but he knew everything that was needed. I had a couple of calls with him, the final one where he gave me my quote. Most agents would leave it at that, but James always expressed interest beyond the business of insurance. He was interested in my life, in what I hope for and the things that are important to me personally. I was left with a strong impression that this was someone I'd turn to as a friend, someone I'll go back to for all my insurance needs in the future

James Turpin was excellent in a calm, clear and kind manner setting up a homeowners and an auto insurance from scratch. I was a new client, switching from a different agent in the Gaithersburg area. He addressed all of my dozens of questions and gave me a good price, definitely less than the competition or even from another State Farm office in the area. The communication was direct, no long waiting times, or even multi choice call center. I call and I get my question answered in seconds/minutes. Happy so far with the State Farm office and I fully recommend them.
