Lancer Claims Services

Failure to respond to claim after two months. Very, very poor Customer service -- almost non existing. They just ignored the claim. Acted as if it did not exist.

Leo Nevels has been doing absolutely nothing on my claim. He never answers the phone or calls back. It is going on a year that my claim was filed. These people are very unprofessional and send you through loopholes to delay having to issue a payment. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS!

I have an open claim with Lancer and the representative assigned to my case has been ignoring my calls and emails. I have not forgot about my case. I believe she thinks that I will just forget about it but I will not. This is not good customer service at all.
