Employees are sooo friendly and efficient. Items I ask for are mailed to me immediately. Great group of employees!!!! Only thing I have is a question about is my car insurance price. It's a 2017, accident free since I joined State Farm, and I feel price should be lower. BUT THAT'S A "STATE FARM" QUESTION.

I have my homeowners And car insurance With this company. I would like to take the time to recognize this company for their outstanding customer service , And excellence! I recently fell upon some hard times and I informed shaun ( The nicest guy you'll ever meet in your life), About what was going on and he Arranged for me to enter into a hardship mode where I didn't have to pay for two months and still had coverage! I chipped away at it the best I could And Shaun was excellent to me! this type of outstanding customer service is Unheard of!! I didn't have to go without insurance and it Gave me time To fix my problem, you guys ROCK!!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, and God Bless all of you! and just so you know Im a lifer, Ill never go anywhere else !!!

A State Farm agent showed me a side-by-side comparison of their coverage with my (now old) insurance. The coverage was the same, but the cost wasn't. In the recent past I'd been in a car accident, and the person who'd hit me had State Farm Insurance. What could have been a nightmare was easily handled, so I had no reservations about changing my insurance to State Farm. Everything was clearly explained, and I feel comfortable contacting this office with any question I might have. The entire office seems professional but approachable.

This office is the best! They are so personable and always go above and beyond to answer my questions. They truly strive to make everything as easy as possible. I highly recommend this office and team for all your insurance and investment needs.
