After over 5 years of working with our local Insurance Agency they were purchased by Lamb Insurance Services. While our local agency was GREAT to work with, Lamb has been everything but great. Their support is lackluster to non-existent they are not responsive and when you have a Workers' Compensation injury, their assistance is not to be found. Additionally, as we have sold our business 3 months ago, we still can't get an accurate accounting of what is due back to us or a check. I would not recommend doing business with Lamb insurance.
Wonderful and smooth process with LAMB insurance ! Cannot recommend them enough - especially if you are a nonprofit. Great premium, excellent communication- thank you !
