I have been dealing with Erica Kendall and Erie insurance for several years. After looking at several companies and not getting clarity I met with Erica from Erie. She walked me through the different coverages and explained them in detail that was easy to understand and was willing to help with not only auto insurance, but home owners insurance as well. I Started with Erie insurance back in 1985 When I lived in Maryland and moved to Newton falls in 92. I continued my coverage And had this terrific insurance agent back in the day for those who can remember bill. After bill retired, another terrific agent took over my policy coverage. Her name is Erica. I recently got a new vehicle and she sat down with me and we looked over my coverage. She was able to find a couple places to save me some money. I have been extremely pleased with the excellent service and family atmosphere that this agency has given me over the years.
