Lader Insurance Group

Called for a quote Oct 3rd. Nikki said she'd get back to me shortly. No response after 7 days so I called back. Nikki advised that she's waiting on carrier responses and that she would be in touch within a few days but never called. I called a third time and left a message on Oct 14th. Nikki returned the call and stated that she cannot find coverage because I had 3 claims. One of those claims was a theft that never happened, so I asked for more info. She said that she's still working on the quote but would send me the claim report so I could look into why there's a claim showing that doesn't belong to me. I was not pleased with the customer service. Mrs. Jennifer could use some updated customer services skills. She may have been really good at her job dealing with customer in the past but her skills are not up to par. She cut me off several times and refused to state her error. Nobody is perfect but to be rude when dealing customer everyday is unacceptable. I will be closing my policy and moving to another company. May not mean much to them but it will hurt in the long run! I experienced about a 30 day wait time for a detailed quote. They are very thorough before giving you a quote. They do let you customize the amounts of coverages you want. You can do it all online.
